Is It Safe To Belt (A Lot)?

Much like anything else, too much of anything tends not to be good in the long run! You can learn to bet safely by enrolling in lessons with me but in the meantime- focus on a healthy warm up AND cool down. When we sing loudly we are more likely to go out of balance. When we go out of balance, we are more likely to injure ourselves by straining. The biggest challenge with belting is doing it without strain and when you can do that, you can sing that way for extended periods of time.
