Sliding into Better Breath Support

This video is an extension of the Basic Strength Workout, however instead of sliding up a 5th we stretch it all the way up the octave and back for a better challenge. Keep your jaw softened and loose as you go through the slide. If yo feel it tightening, try to release and focus on the much from the diaphragm muscle. The open vowel “Ah” more naturally will release your jaw than other vowels however sometimes it is more difficult to get across the bridge of your voice. If you have trouble, think of the yawn space as you sing.
